Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Implement, manage, and optimize the ERP system to streamline business processes across departments.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and databases to ensure peak performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ERP operations, integrations, and system customizations as per business needs.
  • Develop SQL-based solutions for reporting, data manipulation, and system automation.
  • Ensure IT security protocols are in place to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Oversee software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for ERP and other business applications.
  • Provide ERP training and ongoing technical support to staff.

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation, management, and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for ERP-related tasks, including queries and reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of hardware and software management, including server setups, databases, and networks.
  • Experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and providing technical support.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and work independently or as part of a team
