Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Support professional to join the team in Dubai. The role involves providing end-to-end technical support, managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle service requests related to software and hardware support, including setup and configuration of new laptops and IP phones.
  • Administer and manage CISCO routers, switches, access points, access control systems, servers, network printers, video conferencing devices, and security devices such as UTM and firewalls.
  • Install, configure, and administer operating systems, including Windows and Windows Server.
  • Provide PC hardware support, including assembly, configuration, troubleshooting of desktops, and server upgrades.
  • Implement, configure, and troubleshoot network-related issues.
  • Manage security-related systems and ensure system integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain software-related issues, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including reports, asset lists, monthly status reports, and helpdesk records.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
  • Perform testing and configuration of new hardware and software systems before implementation.


Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with hardware, software, networking, and security systems.
  • Practical knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, and networking devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and efficiently.
  • Candidates must be available in the UAE and able to join at short notice or immediately.
