Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Japanese Secretary to provide administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between internal legal team and external stakeholders, managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation in both Japanese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls in Japanese and English.
- Prepare, translate, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Maintain confidential records and manage filing systems.
- Assist in organizing events and meetings with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Perform general office administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
