Job Role: Joinery Supervisor
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our joinery division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing joinery works, site supervision, and ensuring high-quality finishes in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise joinery production and installation works on site.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth workflow.
* Ensure joinery works are executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
* Monitor manpower, tools, and materials to ensure efficiency.
* Conduct quality checks to meet finishing standards.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
* Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.
* Resolve technical/site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in joinery supervision.
* Strong technical knowledge of joinery production, materials, and installation.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Good leadership and communication skills to manage site teams.
* UAE experience in Multiple joinery preferred.
