Kearney, Senior Coordinator, HR Onboarding (FTC)



Full-time Middle East & Africa Abu Dhabi, Dubai Kearney, Senior Coordinator, HR – Onboarding, Dubai office (6 months FTC) As the senior onboarding coordinator for our Dubai office, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires. You will lead the onboarding activities and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies. This role is a 6-months fixed term contract to provide maternity cover. Key responsibilities • Maintain compliance with legal and company-specific onboarding requirements. Employee Engagement and Experience Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding events, ensuring alignment with company culture. Coordinate additional requirements for seniors’ new joiners. Who you are Have 3+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment. Prior experience in onboarding a large number of new joiners is a plus. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or finance is preferred. Are fluent in English (written and spoken). Have ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a challenging, fast-paced, and growth environment. Have ability to communicate with all levels of staff; displays customer service-oriented behavior. Have appropriate discretion handling confidential information and personal data. Possess strong attention to detail. Have organizational and prioritizing skills, problem solving. Are proficient in general Windows and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat Have knowledge of HR Systems (preferably People Soft, SAP) Have ability to conduct internet research. * Have ability to design and develop spreadsheets and utilize the Firm’s technical tools.
