What You Will Be Doing
To perform all sales related activities for potential and existing customers through effective sourcing of primary
and related banking products, in order to achieve the assigned financial targets while adhering to the bank's
policies, ethics and code of conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the department's operations, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures. Coordinate, direct, and control resources to achieve high performance standards without compromising quality.
- Participate in developing and implementing departmental compliance monitoring and control processes to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
- Expand the Employee Banking portfolio by onboarding new companies and efficiently managing the existing portfolio.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through regular client visits, fostering relationship building and retention.
- Establish company partnerships and promote the brand to achieve sales targets by initiating and managing promotional activities and group meetings.
- Maintain high standards of service by meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism, thereby deepening customer relationships and loyalty.
- Guide and support new team members by assisting with on-the-job activities and providing advice on handling job-related challenges.
- Generate new sales opportunities by devising strategies and techniques necessary to achieve assigned targets..
