We have an excellent Job Opening for the position of Key Account Manager for a multinational manufacturing company within Home Care and Personal Care in Sharjah.



Purpose of the Job:



To service, support and grow relationship with our largest customer.

To develop new Multinational customers for the company.

To meet sales shipment targets



Responsibilities:



Lead cross functional teams to deliver on customer programs.

Develop close Personal Relationships with Key Customers globally.

Develop business improvement opportunities

Meet agreed sales targets.

Negotiate effectively with the customers to best managed pricing and terms and conditions of our sales.

Uncover new opportunities

Learn and understand the Miller/Heiman method of strategic selling.

Produce account plans accordingly.

Communicate effectively internally and externally.

Forecast existing customer sales.

Develop new opportunities.

Budget the new sales.

Close the new sales arrangements with signed contracts.





The candidate we are looking for should have:



minimum Five years’ experience as Key Account Manager, preferably in a manufacturing company within Home Care and Personal Care

Bachelor’s degree, minimum.

Knowledge of supply chain, negotiation techniques and Customer service.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment.

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of SAP and/or Sales Force will be preferred
