Handle procurement of laboratory furniture, casework, fume hoods, lab equipment, and accessories.
• Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and technical submittals related to laboratory works.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and site engineers to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Source and evaluate approved suppliers and subcontractors for laboratory works.
• Prepare RFQs, conduct technical and commercial evaluations, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Ensure materials and equipment comply with project specifications and healthcare standards.
• Follow up on submittal approvals, manufacturing, delivery schedules, and site requirements.
• Coordinate logistics, inspections, and delivery to project sites.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
• Support cost control, value engineering, and project budget monitoring.
• Resolve procurement-related issues, delays, or discrepancies with suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Architectural, or related field).
• 5+ years experience in procurement within a contracting or construction company.
• Proven experience in laboratory or hospital construction projects.
• Strong understanding of laboratory systems, healthcare construction standards, and BOQs.
• Experience in dealing with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of UAE construction and healthcare regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage).
