WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly creative Landscape Designer (Hand & Digital) / Visualizer/ Creative Conceptualizer to support the development of world‑class outdoor environments, public realm projects, and large‑scale urban landscapes across the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate combines strong landscape design fundamentals with advanced hand and digital 3D visualization capability to help bring project concepts to life.

Design & Visualization

• Produce high‑quality hand and digital 3D sketches, conceptual models, and visualizations using tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visualization platforms.
• Translate design briefs, CAD drawings, and hand sketches into detailed and realistic hand and digital 3D landscape representations.
• Develop concept, schematic, and detailed landscape designs for a variety of project types including parks, urban spaces, mixed‑use developments, and infrastructure‑related landscapes through graphical presentation.

Technical Support

• Prepare design presentations, renderings, and visual communication packages for clients and internal reviews.
• Support preparation of landscape plans, sections, material palettes, diagrams, and 3D massing studies.
• Contribute to site analysis, feasibility reviews, and environmental context studies to inform design decisions.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, planners, engineers, and environmental specialists to ensure design integration across disciplines.
• Participate in internal design workshops, coordination meetings, and creative sessions.
• Support responses to RFIs, client queries, and design‑related technical discussions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in landscape design, visualization, or related fields, preferably within the Middle East (UAE/KSA).
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp (core 3D modeling tool), Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience preparing landscape documentation from concept through detailed design.
• Strong artistic and freehand sketching ability.
