JOB TITLE
Learning and Development Trainer | MAF Entertainment | Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The Learning and Development Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training programs that support employees' growth and competency development. This role involves facilitating various learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs, and driving a continuous learning culture within the organization.
ROLE PROFILE



  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver high-quality programs to enhance employee performance and engagement. The role will require travel across the region to deliver training sessions.
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and organize onboarding training.
  • Design and develop training modules tailored to the organization's competency framework and business needs.
  • Adapt learning materials to cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
  • Develop engaging instructional materials, handouts, and multimedia learning resources.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across multiple locations.
  • Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide post-training follow-up, coaching, and reinforcement strategies to ensure knowledge retention.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in Leisure, Entertainment, or Hospitality.
  • Familiarity with instructional design, e-learning tools, and content development.
  • trong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Fluency in  Arabic is a Must. 
  • Fluency in English is a Must. 
  • Willingness to travel across the region to deliver training sessions.
