In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of learning and development across our region, working with top talent and collaborating with global leaders in the media industry. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Deliver Impactful Learning Solutions:



Facilitate engaging training programs and workshops—both virtual and in-person—covering soft skills, personal development, and business systems. Collaborate with leadership to evolve and maintain a best-in-class learning curriculum that reflects the latest trends and business needs. Act as a trusted learning advisor, offering coaching and expert recommendations to individuals and teams. Stay ahead of learning trends and theories to create modern, engaging content that resonates with diverse learners.

Build Relationships & Drive Engagement:



Collaborate with internal stakeholders and market HR teams to understand training needs and deliver tailored solutions. Be a brand ambassador for L&D, promoting our programs and services to key business leaders across the MENA region. Connect with the wider EMEA Learning team to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to training.

Measure Success & Drive Results:



Use data and analytics to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and insights to share progress with stakeholders and inform future decision-making.

Skills & Experience



Bilingual Fluency: Proficiency in Arabic (written & verbal) is ideal. Experience: 2–3 years within the media industry, either in a media-focused role or within Learning & Development. A genuine passion for learning is essential. Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus expertise in creating modern learning content. Facilitation Excellence: Proven ability to lead impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually. * Stakeholder Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills to engage effectively with colleagues and business leaders at all levels.
