Advance knowledge in customs clearance (import/export/transfer) for Sea/Air/Land and documentation process.

• Knowledge in Dubai trade – E-Mirsal II.

• Knowledge in online application of Certificate of Origin with Chamber of Commerce.

• Knowledge in online application for Dubai Municipality approval

• Providing quotations as per customer enquiry & requirements (Warehousing and freight).

• Booking shipments – Sea freight, Land freight and Airfreight.

• Invoicing, manage key accounts from order receipt to shipment up to closing of job files.

• Dealing with general enquires and handling customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and build a long relationship with the client.

• Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pickups.

• Record shipment data such as weight, charges and damages.

• Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue shipping instructions and

delivery of materials.

• Rectify problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to specifications.

• Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors.
