Qualifications & Experience:
- M.Sc. in Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience in counseling and providing pastoral care in a school environment.
- Excellent understanding of child development, mental health issues, and counseling techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a diverse, multicultural setting is an advantage.
