Union Properties is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing, upgrading, and delivering large-scale infrastructure works across our developments.
Key Requirements:
Strong Dubai experience is a MUST
Proven working relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers (DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, Dubai Municipality, etc.)
Solid utilities and infrastructure experience within real estate or mixed-use developments
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks, services)
Lead design review, coordination, and approvals with consultants and authorities
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancements
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and authority requirements
Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality
Support handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities
Preferred Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
8+ years of experience in infrastructure projects in Dubai
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
