Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Manager Seasonal E2E Brand Planning acts as a business partner to the EM DP community, SCM and brand organization, providing fact-based data as guidance and to help drive decision-making. The role plays an active part in the E2E seasonal process, from ranging, buy and inventory.
He/she supports the Senior Manager E2E seasonal brand planning for seasonal business planning (range and buy plan) and tracking vs financial guidance, providing guidance and insights to brand, and helping connect brand and financial goals. He/she also supports with regular review of inventory status, bringing visibility and continuous improvement, and tracking of cluster actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in strategic planning as well as translating strategic business targets into seasonal and sub-category targets
- Ensure financial guidelines are respected, identify critical process improvement areas.
- Enable a fact-based decision-making process by creating transparency on key performance indicators with respect to business plans (Net Sales, volume, margin, range size, pricing, FOB, IDL, inventory year-end.)
- Support the team to create transparency and analysis for seasonal brand guidance meetings including presentation of these contents to Senior Management of BUs
- Support improvement of reporting and analytical tools regarding range efficiency, drop rounds, margin calculation, market overlap etc. This includes standard reporting, ad-hoc analysis etc.
- Support the senior manager E2E, to connect inventory, buy and seasonal range
- Support the creation of seasonal planning tool which continuously feeds the fiscal tool and build logic how to connect seasonal and fiscal on monthly basis

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Comprehensive business understanding of processes and structure
- Challenger mindset towards Business Partners combined with customer orientation
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and understanding of external business drivers
- Very good communication skills for persuasion and convincing others
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure and in very dynamic environment
- Ability to think and act strategically
- Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources
- Prior experience in margin planning is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling
- Comprehensive understanding of system landscape (IBP, SAP, Power BI, Microstrategy, M-3 & master data systems)
- 4+ years working experience in Finance department
