Devising and putting into action strategic plans that magnify the client base and expand revenue channels, which entails formulating personalized proposals for impactful presentations to potential clients.What You'll Do:Generate Leads: Uncover new business prospects through thorough market research, networking, and analysis.Build Relationships: Forge strong, lasting connections with industry professionals such as architects, developers, and project managers.Craft Winning Proposals: Lead the preparation and presentation of persuasive proposals that showcase our expertise and deliver real value to clients.Shape Market Strategy: Drive the company’s growth by developing business strategies that align with market trends and target audience needs.Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth journey from initial engagement to deal closure.Analyze Competitors: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to proactively seize new opportunities.Collaborate & Lead: Work cross-functionally with our marketing, design, and project teams to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.Enhance Client Experience: Elevate client retention and satisfaction by continuously improving service quality and addressing client feedback.Who You Are:Experienced Professional: You have at least 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industries.Strategic Thinker: You’re adept at identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and problem-solving to drive business success.Strong Communicator: Your interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are second to none.Collaborative Leader: You work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Driven by Results: You have a track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
