Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager in Dubai, you’ll drive marketing efforts to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, growth, and retention. Leading the local marketing team, you’ll collaborate with regional stakeholders to achieve key marketing KPIs, including user growth, cost control, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies for user and driver lead growth.
- Manage and optimize digital and offline marketing channels, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Analyze marketing data to uncover growth opportunities and implement effective strategies.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams across various regions to enhance marketing efforts.
- Grow and oversee the local marketing team, identifying opportunities for partnerships and revenue generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a marketing-related role, preferably in tech or a data-driven environment.
- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and growth strategies.
- Skilled in marketing tools, data analysis, and ROI optimization.
- Strong organizational skills, team-player mindset, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
