We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our Hantec Trading team in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will help to streamline and enhance our internal processes and trader support systems.
Job Description
Brand Growth & Development
- Oversee the growth of the Hantec Trader brand globally.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Set clear goals and performance benchmarks for the marketing team and ensure their achievement.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and evaluate the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop lead generation and reengagement strategies utilizing email automation and A/B testing.
- Manage and optimize ecommerce channels such as website, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with and manage third-party agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.
Content & Website Oversight
- Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Ensure the Hantec Trader website performs optimally, including user experience, SEO, and content updates.
- Coordinate with developers and designers to implement updates and improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Develop community engagement strategy via Discord.
Report on key metrics and deliver regular performance updates to senior management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role. Experience in the financial or trading and / or in an ecommerce related is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms), SEO, campaign management with expertise in mobile and social advertising.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity: Innovative thinking with a focus on crafting impactful marketing campaigns.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
