As a Marketing & Social Media Manager you will
As a Marketing & Social Media Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement for the ENTERTAINER in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Strategy & Execution:
  • Work alongside the UAE Marketing Manager to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the ENTERTAINER in Abu Dhabi, focused in raising brand awareness, driving app downloads, membership sales and offer redemptions.
  • Craft compelling messages that resonate with the target audience and clearly communicate the product's unique value proposition.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Team and Creative Team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels - CRM, Social Media, Paid Digital Media, Strategic Partnerships, Events & Sponsorships, PR & Influencer Marketing.
  • Analyse marketing performance against key business targets.

Social Media:
  • Develop, publish and monitor content across all Social Media channels, manage social content and marketing calendar for Abu Dhabi.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community. Foster positive relationships with followers and address any concerns or issues promptly. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels and groups.
  • Help to create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content. Ensure that the content aligns with the company's brand and messaging.

ATL Activities:
  • Plan and execute cost-effective offline activations and partnerships to increase brand awareness and community engagement, e.g. networking events, school events, pop-ups, digital PR or sponsorships.
  • Develop and grow relationships with key merchants, media and marketing partners.
  • Attend networking events to increase brand awareness.

Budget & Admin:
  • Manage marketing budgets for KSA and effectively analyse the marketing performance on quarterly basis against key business targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and identify opportunities. Keep on top of marketing trends.

What we’re looking for
 
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within leisure, tourism, hospitality or FMCG.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • A proactive can-do attitude; full of great ideas and able to get stuff done independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CapCut.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Arabic is a bonus.
