Manage relationships with assigned business partners and distributors across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations related to revenue and margin.

Perform technical selection and sizing for HVAC equipment including Chillers, Airside products, Precision Units, Package Units, and customized/special units.

Handle the complete sales process including enquiry registration, pricing, quotation preparation, negotiation, order processing, and margin maximization.

Liaise with the factory to ensure timely production and delivery, and coordinate with distributors to support payment follow-up and collection.

Receive and review selections from third-party suppliers (e.g., Horse Shoe Heat Pipe, Heat Recovery Wheel) and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure proper documentation and timely delivery to customers and distributors.

Conduct regular conference calls with distributors to review performance, project pipeline, and business opportunities.

Ensure all service-related issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner through coordination with relevant internal departments.

Provide training to distributors and partners on selection software, product knowledge, and technical documentation.

Work closely with the factory and R&D teams to provide feedback on HVAC solutions, selection software, and product-related issues.

Follow up with distributors on all open jobs and prepare weekly reports to management on project status, pipeline, and key actions.
