The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotel brands. These include the luxury brand InterContinental, the superior upscale Crowne Plaza, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites and the vibrant mid-scale Holiday Inn & Suites. A little taste of your day-to-day


  • To manage the administrative tasks for the MICE team.
  • Ownership of Delphi system bookings.
  • To foster an atmosphere of open and efficient communication by:Continuously sharing information, knowledge, and actively seeking updates from other team members.
  • Monitor the accuracy of account profiles in Delphi – alert the Associate Director of Sales when additional information or updates are required.
  • Block groups and meetings on Delphi – follow up on the status of the bookings.
  • Share market intelligence on C&E / MICE with the team on a daily basis.
  • Support the Sales Team in building strong and strategic business relationships with key prospects to develop them into customers and consistently seek to strengthen business relationships with existing customers.
  • Assist guests – be happy to provide assistance with requests or complaints.
  • Provide guests with information (e.g., loyalty programmes, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance the guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts to produce group and/or convention business, including room sales, food & beverage sales, and catering/banquet services.

What we need from you


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates from hospitality schools are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in customer service/hospitality of 2+ years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel booking software systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
