Mobile Crane Operators

The Mobile Crane Operator is responsible for operating mobile cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position heavy materials at construction, industrial, and infrastructure project sites. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards, accurate load handling, and coordination with site teams to ensure smooth and accident-free operations.

• Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and place materials as per job requirements
  

  
  

• Inspect crane equipment daily before operation and report any defects or malfunctions
  

  
  

• Follow approved lifting plans, load charts, and site instructions
  

  
  

• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors during lifting operations
  

  
  

• Ensure safe loading, unloading, and positioning of materials
  

  
  

• Maintain operational logs and basic maintenance records
  

  
  

• Adhere strictly to safety rules, company policies, and UAE regulations
  

  
  

• Handle emergency situations responsibly and stop operations when unsafe conditions are identified
  

  
  

• Valid Mobile Crane Operator License / Certification (UAE or home country)
  

  
  

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mobile Crane Operator
  

  
  

• Basic education preferred
  

  
  

• Medical fitness certificate as per UAE requirements
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of crane operations and load handling
  

  
  

• Ability to read load charts and lifting plans
  

  
  

• Good hand-eye coordination and situational awareness
  

  
  

• Basic mechanical knowledge for routine checks
  

  
  

• Clear communication skills with site teams
  

  
  

• High level of safety awareness and discipline
