- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., SOC, product development) to ensure that security engineering efforts are integrated into broader business and security strategies.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies, and integrate them into the organization’s security strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile- 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in security engineering, with a focus on Managed Security Services (MSS).
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and other critical security platforms.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams, including project management, resource allocation, and team performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of network security principles, cloud security, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).
- Hands-on experience with security architecture design, security protocols, and incident response.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement integrated security solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
