Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a boutique aesthetic hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Nursing Manager, who is responsible for the efficient management of the nursing team and patient care services within the healthcare facility. This role ensures that nursing care meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring timely and effective patient care delivery.

- Monitor nursing practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure proper staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient care demands.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote seamless healthcare services.

- Lead and support the nursing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.

- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and implement programs to enhance staff skills.

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, outcomes, and overall satisfaction.

- Prepare for and participate in accreditation surveys, developing action plans to address deficiencies.

- Assist in managing the nursing department's budget, optimizing resource use and controlling costs.

- Work with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary equipment, supplies, and technology for the nursing team.

- Monitor departmental expenses and financial performance, making adjustments as needed to meet budgetary goals.

- Ensure that patient care is delivered with compassion, professionalism, and adherence to clinical standards.

- Address patient concerns and complaints, implementing service recovery measures as needed.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.


Requirements- Bachelor's degree with International Standard Certificates for Quality.

- Valid UAE nursing license is mandatory.

- 5+ years of experience in an acute care or hospital setting.

Maintains regulatory requirements, including all mandatory entity requirements, OSHMS, JAWDA, ISO, ADHICS Standards and DOH regulations.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with quality management and patient safety.

- Ability to maintain a confidential work environment.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
