Key Responsibilities:

•Operational Admin Support:

Provide general administrative support to the operations team by coordinating internal processes and assisting with the implementation of operational plans.

Assist in the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

• Assist in Project Coordination:

Work closely with project teams to ensure deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and any issues are identified and resolved promptly.

Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and follow-up tasks to ensure smooth execution.

• Help in Process Improvement:

Help identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations.

Assist in the implementation of new procedures, policies, and best practices to improve workflow and productivity.

• Communication:

Serve as a liaison between departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to ensure alignment on operational goals and initiatives.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination of activities.

• Inventory and Logistics support:

Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating logistics for operational needs.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.

• Data Management & Reporting:

Track and maintain data related to operations, including financial, scheduling, and inventory data.

Assist in the creation of reports for senior management on operational performance and any challenges faced.

• Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all operational activities.

Assist in conducting audits or reviews to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.



Qualifications:

• Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.

o Relevant work experience may substitute for educational qualifications.

• Experience:

o 1-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

o Experience in project coordination or logistics is a plus.

• Skills & Abilities:

o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

o Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).

o Knowledge of inventory management and logistical coordination is a plus.
