ROLE SUMMARY
The Operations Manager drives operational excellence and business performance by enforcing strong SOPs, optimizing staffing and resources, and leading safety initiatives. The role focuses on proactive risk management, audits, and continuous improvement to enhance team and guest safety, while delivering a world-class guest experience and supporting long-term growth. It oversees all daily facility operations, ensures cross-department coordination, and maintains top operational and safety standards
ROLE PROFILE



  • Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and readiness across all areas.
  • Lead safety, risk management, crisis response, and audits, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and company standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, Duty Managers, and team leads to ensure smooth, high-quality operations at all times.
  • Deliver a consistent, world-class guest experience by managing feedback, resolving escalations, and reinforcing a strong service culture.
  • Optimize revenue and guest flow by monitoring performance, driving KPIs, and collaborating with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing.
  • Lead, develop, and engage teams through training, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Support events and seasonal activations through close coordination with Events and support functions.
  • Provide operational, financial, and performance reporting, contributing strategic insights and identifying growth opportunities.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Experience: 2–3 years of Operations Management experience.
  • Strong leadership and self-motivation, with the ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams.
  • Commercially minded with strong business awareness and revenue focus.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, people-focused approach.
  • High energy and professionalism, with passion, integrity, process orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
