Job Description

As an Oracle Technical consultant, you will be joining the Cigna technology team responsible for building and maintaining Integration and supporting our rapidly growing Middle East region.


Working as a member of an agile team, you’ll lead the technical effort for integrating different solution using Oracle integration cloud services in our insurance businesses.


We are rapidly expanding the team to embark on a major change initiative to augment an existing application ecosystem to enable our business to expand into new markets in the MEA region and beyond. This is an exciting time to become part of the Cigna technology team, working on an initiative that is laying the foundations for our future state technology stack that will ultimately be used across our international business.


About You


You’re an experienced Oracle Integration consultant with a strong track record of delivery and experience of in oracle integration technology. Strong experience of the following OICS, Fusion reporting tools (BIP,OTBI)


Passionate about Oracle technology and keep up to date with the latest enhancements, releases and future roadmaps.


The type of person that loves the challenge of solving complex technical problems by thinking outside the box.


Core responsibilities:


  • Support and manage all OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS & App Composer deployed across all core fusion.


  • Manage end-to-end data integration implementations using Oracle technology.


  • ODI Administration and Load Balancing & Data warehousing concepts.


  • Database design, relational and dimensional data modeling skills.


  • Manage high data volume environments/performance tuning in ODI.


  • Build necessary queries, functions, packages, triggers and stored procedures in PL/SQL and T/SQL.


  • Build and manage data quality and governance policies and procedures.


  • Liaise with development teams on finalizing data models, data loading methodologies and data reconciliations tasks.


  • Manage building database scripts and integrate with release pipelines in Dev, UAT & Prod segments.


  • Support and manage all existing Custom solutions/processes built on PaaS


  • Build BI Reports, OTBI reports and write basic data exactions queries using SQL


Essential:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent or a related discipline  


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Integration consultant


  • Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations of OIC


  • After go live support project experience.


  • Expert level using Oracle tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow – Approval Rules/Notifications, PL/SQL and Fusion Middleware Object Design, Development & Testing


  • Expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP Integration components


  • Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of Extension within a software environment


  • Broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Oracle PaaS/IaaS product


Desirable:


  • Oracle PaaS Certification is a plus.


  • Previous Project experiences in finance transformation


  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
