Job description


Responsibilities:
  • Develop reporting solutions with BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BICC extracts, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including custom data models and dashboards.


  • Architect and implement scalable integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Applications, and external healthcare systems (e.g., Insta, Cerner, EPIC).


  • Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and orchestrations for Fusion-to-external system connectivity.


  • Handle data migration support via FBDI/HDL, error handling, performance tuning, and alignment with analytics or migration teams.


  • Establish best practices for data consistency, transformation, and validation across Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.


  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.


  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.


  • Lead the impact assessment of Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, ensuring integrations remain functional and aligned with evolving system capabilities.


  • Develop technical documentation, including report specifications, integration architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and API specifications.

Qualifications:

Education and Certification:


Essential:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Integration Solution Architecture and large-scale enterprise implementations.

Desirable:


  • Experience with healthcare-specific ERP integrations (e.g., Insta, Cerner, EPIC).
  • Proven track record of leading complex Oracle Fusion Cloud integration projects.

Knowledge Skills and Experience


  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Strong expertise in OIC, BPEL, and SOA middleware solutions.
  • BIP, OTBI, OAC, custom data models 
  • API Development: Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and Web Services.
  • Enterprise Data Integration: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Data Integration (OCIDI), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and ETL processes.
  • Experience in enterprise-wide finance and SCM system transformation and Oracle Cloud ERP integration.
  • Security & Compliance: Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSL, encryption, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR) for secure data exchange.
  • Integration Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Expertise in error handling, logging, and debugging integration failures.

Cloud Technologies: Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS models.
