Apply now for the position of Order-to-Cash Business Process Expert for the MEA Zone, and you will be part of be part of the local ERP deployment team that together with the global deployment team will drive the implementation of the ERP project throughout the Zone MEA – the position will be Based within the MEA Zone.


Your role:


  • Business Process Expert function within the MEA Local Deployment Team

o Specialist of the respective business process and is accountable for the successful rollout of the assigned subzones. Additionally, the BPE facilitates Change Management (business processes, roles, and organizational changes).


o The BPE ensures that all business processes of his/her functional area (Order-to-Cash in-vivo Service) works as designed and is adapted accordingly.


o As SAP P58 is an integrated solution, close collaboration with other BPEs and central teams is essential. 


  • Create and maintain a plan for the tasks of your area of responsibility based on the rollout schedule of Wave 8 (Zone MEA)
  • Guarantee delivery of deliverables on time and agreed quality, report status
  • Become an expert of the new business processes
  • Understand the current processes of subzones in scope. What does not fit to the template must be explained and a solution sought
  • Provide guidance to the subzones and transfer know-how about the new template
  • Provide guidance to the subzones for data cleansing and preparation as well as understanding the migration/mapping files
  • Ensure implementation of the new business processes in close collaboration with the subzone contact and central teams
  • Represent the needs of the subzones, e.g. in field mapping workshops
  • Support as data- and process expert in data validations, finance reconciliations and/or testing and after going live
  • Conduct Change Management workshops
  • Provide your experience to Lessons Learned workshops
  • Identify a contact person in subzones for the respective functional area
  • Identifies issues and risks and communicate them accordingly

Your expertise:


  • University degree in related discipline (Finance..), where required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate finance and/or accounting experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of IFRS15 accounting principles
  • Practical/hands-on experience within the OTC environment such as order management, logistics, commercial project controlling
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and guide the subzone contacts and provide transparency in a complex matrix environment
  • Superior financial and analytical skills required to provide detailed and conclusive findings from provided data sources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead, engage, motivate across various stakeholder groups
  • Ability to go deep into processes to drive harmonization across the zone
  • Deep knowledge of ERP system (SAP) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficiency in English language
