The Painter will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting finishes as part of ongoing maintenance and fit-out projects across the company’s property portfolio. This role includes surface preparation, application of various types of paint and coatings, and ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard and within project timelines.

  • Surface Preparation & Application: Prepare surfaces and apply paints, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Fit-Out & Maintenance Support: Execute painting tasks as part of renovation, fit-out, and maintenance works in coordination with other trades.
  • Touch-Ups & Repair: Perform touch-up work and repainting as needed following repairs or inspections.
  • Tool & Material Management: Ensure proper use, cleaning, and storage of all painting tools and materials.
  • Safety & Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or residential painting. Available in GCC.
  • Experience in fit-out or maintenance environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with supporting other trades on-site is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing processes.
  • Ability to mix paint accurately and understand color theory, identification codes, and matching systems (e.g., RAL codes).
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent finishes.
  • Willingness to assist with other tasks as needed across fit-out and maintenance projects.
  • Good communication skills and ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
  • Physically fit and capable of working on ladders or scaffolding when required.
