At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Payroll implementations and support In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, including statutory compliance and reporting Strong understanding of PeopleSoft modules related to HR and Payroll Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into functional specifications Experience in developing payroll interfaces and custom reporting solutions Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Certifications related to PeopleSoft or project management are a plus
