Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Proficient in using reservation systems and computer applications.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handle all reservations (reply on WhatsApp and phone calls), including processing requests, managing booking systems, and ensuring accuracy of reservation details. Accommodate special requests and modifications as needed.
  • Proactively handle customer queries offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their dining experience through telephone and email

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) (Preferable second languages Russian or Arabic)
  • Previous experience as a reservations agent
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

About the Job


  • On-site, Full Time (6 days a week with 1 day off)
  • 8 hours per day with 1 hour break
  • Timings – shifts (10am – 1am)
  • Salary – basic / accommodation / transportation allowance total 4k AED + food allowance 650AED + Service charge + Tips
  • Medical Insurance / Visa / Flight allowance
  • Uniform provided by the Company
