Handle all reservations (reply on WhatsApp and phone calls), including processing requests, managing booking systems, and ensuring accuracy of reservation details. Accommodate special requests and modifications as needed.
Proactively handle customer queries offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their dining experience through telephone and email
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English (written and spoken) (Preferable second languages Russian or Arabic)
Previous experience as a reservations agent

On-site, Full Time (6 days a week with 1 day off)
8 hours per day with 1 hour break
Timings – shifts (10am – 1am)
Salary – basic / accommodation / transportation allowance total 4k AED + food allowance 650AED + Service charge + Tips
