We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process, ensuring that the organization acquires goods and services at the best possible prices while maintaining quality and compliance with regulations. The Procurement Officer will collaborate with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to identify needs, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.   • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Officer within the construction industry.
  • Essential: In-depth experience working for a main contractor.
  • Essential: Thorough knowledge of the UAE construction market, including local suppliers, regulations, and business practices.
  • Highly Desired: Strong technical knowledge and procurement experience related to MEP systems and materials.
  • Proficient in reading construction drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
