Job Brief:
The Product Manager will oversee the commercial and technical success of the company’s insulation product line. This role blends product expertise with strategic sales management — ensuring that product performance, positioning, and customer engagement align with market demands. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and production teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from development to market launch and ongoing performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet product revenue and profitability goals.
  • Provide technical support and product training to sales teams, distributors, and clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and pricing.
  • Coordinate with R&D and production teams to enhance product features and ensure quality compliance.
  • Prepare product datasheets, presentations, and promotional materials in coordination with marketing.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and explore new opportunities.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, sales, or technical roles within the insulation, HVAC, or building materials sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of insulation materials and their applications.
  • Proven ability to convert technical insights into commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.
