Job Brief:
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end production operations within the tape manufacturing division. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, adherence to safety standards, and timely delivery while optimizing resources and maintaining operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations within the tape manufacturing division to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines and production targets.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and raw material utilization to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and submit production reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production function.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Mandatory experience in tape manufacturing production.
• Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage production targets, deadlines, and operational challenges effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
