About the job Production Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a complete manufacturing plant, including high-pressure injection, lowpressure injection, blasting, coating, and steel fabrication areas. Plans and executes work schedules across all stations while


ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and resource utilization. Coordinates and arranges manpower as per production priorities


and deadlines. Monitors machine setups and processes to maintain operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Possesses strong


expertise in thermoforming machinery and related auxiliary equipment, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and


continuous process improvement.


Work Planning & Execution: Strategically plan and execute daily
operations across all stations including high-pressure injection,
low-pressure injection, blasting, coating, and steel fabrication to
meet production targets and deadlines.
Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor production
processes across all areas to ensure adherence to SOPs,
efficiency standards, and desired output while maintaining
consistent product quality.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of in-process and
finished products to ensure they meet required quality
standards and specifications. Address any non-conformities
promptly.
Manpower Management: Allocate manpower effectively across
departments based on workload and production priorities.
Ensure optimal utilization of available workforce to maintain
productivity.
Material Planning & Usage: Work closely with Procurement,
Planning, and Plant teams to ensure timely availability of raw
materials. Monitor material usage to minimize waste and
control costs.
Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams
to arrange and ensure timely delivery of finished products to


customers, aligning with production schedules and client
requirements.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and
safety guidelines across all work areas. Ensure that team
members use proper PPE and report hazards or incidents to the
HSE Engineer promptly.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily
production, machine settings, manpower deployment, and
quality checks. Prepare and submit production reports as
required.
Team Leadership & Discipline: Foster a disciplined,
collaborative, and productive work environment. Promote
teamwork, punctuality, and professionalism among staff.
Effective Communication: Maintain clear and timely
communication with team members, supervisors, and
management to ensure smooth coordination and execution of
tasks.
Training & Development: Participate in and support training
programs aimed at improving team proficiency, technical skills,
and process awareness across all production areas.
