      We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation programs on Salesforce.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Salesforce projects, lead cross-functional delivery teams, oversee project managers, and drive stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and budget management to ensure successful program delivery.
   You will be accountable for overall program health, delivery quality, and client satisfaction across complex, multi-cloud Salesforce engagements.
This role requires strong leadership, governance, and planning capabilities, as well as experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, digital delivery, and client management.
   This position is based in Dubai.
What you’ll do:   Lead high-visibility Salesforce programs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, timelines, and strategic outcomes.
   Manage, mentor, and progress their team, overseeing their work and performance.
    Constantly and consistently identify, implement, and socialize the most effective processes, tools, and systems to keep the department current with project management processes.
    Collaborate with department heads and leadership to create achievable and measurable project plans that include regular status reporting and RAID documentation.
    Oversee execution, workflow, and resourcing of projects.
    Lead and develop comprehensive resource models and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with discipline leads.
    Identify and pursue opportunities to foster cross-training to help build a strong foundation for the team.
   Lead high visibility programs across multiple workstreams.
   Together with strategy and tech co-own the growth of the accounts under their supervision.
   Develop project plans and assumptions for new business pursuits.
   Collaborate on SOW creation (timeline, resource model & assumptions).
   Manage program revenue and accountability for actualization of sold revenue.
   Make program level decisions based on margin and revenue data.
    Project, present and commit program revenue to leadership.
   Display confidence when leading a conversation with a willingness to have and share a point of view even if it's an unpopular opinion.
   Actively contribute to the development of the company's culture and quality standards.
   What will be expected of your team:  Provide agile project oversight for multiple projects within the program, including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking   Coach and mentor scrum teams to ensure adoption of Agile best practices and delivery discipline   Facilitate scrum ceremonies and maintain agile delivery artifacts (e.
g., capacity plans, velocity reports, burn-down charts)   Collaborate with clients and delivery leads to define scope, objectives, timelines, and effort estimates   Monitor program milestones and ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility   Manage resource forecasting, budget adherence, and change control across the project lifecycle   Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues in collaboration with client and internal teams   Provide transparent, timely communication through executive-level status reports and program dashboards   Ensure delivery excellence across planning, execution, QA, and post-implementation support   Who you are:   A proven leader with experience managing complex Salesforce or digital transformation programs   Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and proactively address risks   A confident communicator who can engage business and IT stakeholders with clarity and influence   Decisive under pressure, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills   Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across multiple teams   A mentor and coach who builds high-performing, collaborative delivery teams   Experienced in both client-facing delivery and internal operational management   What you bring:   A minimum of 5+ years agency/consultancy experience.
    8-10 years of experience working on enterprise level projects.
    5+ years running cross functional programs.
    A minimum of 10+ years client-facing digital project management experience, using agile methodologies.
Possess an in-depth understanding of project management, workflow, infrastructure, project life cycles and management methodologies and styles.
    Ability to see the big picture while also focusing on the details.
    Experience with Jira/Confluence    Experience coaching and mentoring scrum teams and scrum masters.
