Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Associate Communication Specialist – Intern to join our team. In this role, you will focus on enhancing internal communications and driving employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to meaningful projects that shape our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:

• Assist in creating, and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
• Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns aligned with organizational goals.

Employee Engagement:

• Organize and support employee events, corporate social responsibility activities, and internal engagement programs.
• Gather feedback from employees to help shape engagement strategies and improve communication practices.
• Develop creative ways to celebrate company milestones and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• UAE National.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
• Good with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva etc..) is a plus.
• Team player with strong organizational and project management skills.
