Charterhouse is working with an international logistics organisation who are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join their Regional HQ in Dubai. This role will support the Area Manager and Operations department as the business expands its presence across the Middle East.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute towards the smooth running and operations of the Dubai office and its commercial activities within the region. The Project Coordinator will proactively work alongside cross functional teams, external vendors and partners to communicate key messages, process quotations and oversee office operations such as facilities management. This is a fast-paced role which involves working in a deadline driven environment and requires excellent multitasking skills and sharp attention to detail.
About you
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience at a coordinator level, preferably working in the logistics industry. It is important that the successful candidate has strong knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Drop Box.
