2.Act as the main point of contact between company Build, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth coordination and resolution of issues.

3.Maintain complete visibility on all project statuses, challenges, and opportunities, keeping management informed through regular reports.

4.Establish clear performance expectations for all subcontractors and consultants.

5.Ensure all parties deliver according to contracted terms, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

6.Address performance issues and ensure non-performing subcontractors are identified and replaced if necessary.

7.Continuously analyze project scopes, designs, and material selections to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

8.Recommend alternative construction methods, materials, and design adjustments that improve both efficiency and profitability.

9.Monitor project budgets in real-time and control variations, ensuring that all costs remain in line with approved budgets.

10.Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project execution, reporting, procurement, and subcontractor evaluation.

11.Implement clear tracking and reporting systems to monitor progress, costs, quality, and risks across all projects.

12.Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and local authority approvals.

13.Identify potential delays, risks, or quality concerns early in the project lifecycle and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

14.Resolve conflicts between project stakeholders and maintain positive working relationships with all partners.

15.Take ownership of project delivery as a key leader within kay Build.

16.Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the project teams.

17.Mentor and guide junior project staff, ensuring they develop the necessary technical and management skills to support future growth.



Key Qualifications & Experience

1.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2.Minimum 10 years of project management experience within the construction industry, ideally handling multiple projects simultaneously.

3.Proven experience in managing subcontractors, consultants, and direct labor teams on projects of varying size and complexity.

4.Strong expertise in value engineering, cost optimization, and risk management.

5.Track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

6.Excellent understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and compliance requirements.

7.Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, and procurement management.
