Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and quality procedures at site.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Inspect incoming materials, verify material test certificates (MTCs), and ensure materials meet project and client requirements.
Coordinate and witness inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party inspection agencies.
Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain quality-related documentation including inspection reports, test results, method statements, and quality records.
Review method statements, work procedures, and quality documents prior to execution.
Monitor workmanship quality during construction, installation, fabrication, or commissioning activities.
Support internal audits, client audits, and quality reviews.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and local authority regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant discipline).
Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as a QC Engineer in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, MEP, or industrial projects.
Prior experience working on projects in the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred.
Knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001, ASTM, BS, ACI, ASME, or equivalent (as applicable to the discipline).
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and documentation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Experience in preparing and reviewing ITPs, checklists, and quality reports.
Good coordination and communication skills with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
