Job description

Roles and responsibilities
  • Develop processes, Policies, and plans across business units and divisions of engineering services group in close coordination with relevant process owners. Ensure they are mapped and updated in QMS System.
  • Establish and maintain effective process governance, ensuring QMS documents are defined, documented, and effectively managed.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Supporting the audit planning, analysis, and reporting for the organisation.
  • Manage customer complaints and internal/external non-conformities, ensuring timely investigation, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions, and verified closure to prevent recurrence.
  • Support the Voice of Customer (VoC), CSAT survey, analyse feedback, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking Business Excellence and industry award applications to ensure timely, and successful participation.
  • Conduct induction training for new hires, providing support for their roles and explaining relevant procedures.
  • Conduct analysis of process parameters to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvement projects, leveraging automation, digital initiatives, and Business Excellence practices to enhance operational efficiency and overall business performance.
  • Support product certification, ongoing compliance, and customer audits to ensure full adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Must have skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, or Business Excellence roles.( Preferably in HVAC Industry)
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Doc and Process Flow chart tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Process mapping and SOP development
