Job description

Review and verifying the consultants payments. Review, verifying and preparing the approval form on consultant’s additional services.



Preparing the RFP for all types of Consultancy services, issuing to consultants, obtaining the proposal, reviewing the proposal and preparing the comparison sheet along with technical and commercial report, preparing the LOA and Contract Agreement.



Preparation of detailed cost analysis for each project based on consultants monthly cost report.



Review and processing of the Contractors payments after verification of Contract terms such insurances, bonds, and Variations.



Review and verification of Consultants recommendation regarding Contractor’s claims, Variations, Extension of time and preparing the Contractual entitlement for the approval.



Review of Consultants tender evaluation reports on the main tender packages and liaising with consultants for tender clarifications.

Preparing and maintaining the change control logs for monitoring the payments and variations of contractors and consultants.



Obtaining the quotations for maintenance works, review and prepare the comparison sheet for management approval.



Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in QS

3-5 years’ experience with consulting firm in a similar role.
