Platform and System Management: Proficient in operating DLD (Land Department) and Trakheesi systems, responsible for property permit applications, advertising placement, and commission settlement process follow-up.
• Property maintenance: Monitor and update property information on platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder, understand platform rules, operate independently, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Contract Management: Lead the drafting, signing, and post-transfer administrative support of contracts for new homes, used homes, and rentals.
• License Maintenance: Responsible for the annual renewal, fee payment, and compliance review of the company's RERA qualifications and various government licenses.
• Language and Nationality: Chinese nationality, fluent in both Chinese and English (can be used as a working language for business correspondence and government communication).
• Industry background: At least 2 years of administrative work experience in the Dubai real estate industry, familiar with the operating models of developers (such as Emaar, Damac).
• Professional skills:
o Proficiency in the practical application of the DLD/Trakheesi system (mandatory requirement).
o Proficient in using real estate back-end systems such as Bayut and Property Finder
