We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent with at least 2 years of Dubai/UAE real estate experience. The candidate will handle property sales and leasing, manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and close deals. You will advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities while ensuring compliance with RERA regulations. The role requires a target-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai/UAE.
Proven track record in property sales and/or leasing.
Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently.
Professional attitude, client-focused, and target-driven.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Experience with off-plan, secondary, or commercial properties is a plus.
Existing client database is a plus.
