- Fixed salaries up to AED 30,000
- Flat 50% commission on self sales (no targets attached)
- 12% team overrides
- 3% company shares
- 8–16% appraisals every quarterly
For Individual Roles:
- High fixed salaries
- Commissions up to 35% (quarterly slabs & no sales targets)
- 10% performance appraisals every quarter
- Access to quality marketing leads
We also offer 50% advance commission and visa sponsorship from day one.
