We are hiring a Real Estate Broker – Off-Plan Projects to join our growing team at Home Pin Real Estate in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a motivated real estate professional who has experience in off-plan properties, understands the Dubai market, and is ready to work on new launches and developer projects with full marketing and management support.

As part of our sales team, you will work directly with qualified leads, top developers, and a structured internal system designed to help you close deals and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for off-plan projects
  • Present new launches and developer projects to clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential buyers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
  • Coordinate with developers, marketing, and internal teams
  • Update CRM with accurate client data and follow-up status
  • Stay updated on market trends, prices, and payment plans

Working Hours

Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
