Job Summary: The Receptionist plays a critical role in maintaining a positive and organized front-office experience, enhancing our daily operations while upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors warmly, managing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative assistance, including data entry, document handling, and maintaining office supplies.Calendar Management: Support staff by managing shared calendars, reminders, and schedules.Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, oversee meeting room bookings, and maintain visitor logs.Phone and Email Handling: Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly, ensuring clear and professional communication.Visitor Assistance: Offer general information to visitors, support with sign-in procedures, and maintain a welcoming reception area.Mail and Courier Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate courier services as needed.Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
