Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for overseas projects across construction, MEP, logistics, hospitality, oil & gas, facility management, and professional roles


  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, documentation, and mobilization


  • Conduct preliminary interviews and trade screening (where applicable)


  • Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS


  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal operations teams on manpower requirements


  • Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations, visa processes, and documentation standards


  • Support bulk hiring drives, trade tests, and client interviews (virtual and onsite)


  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and daily/weekly MIS


  • Build and manage candidate pipelines across India, Asia, Africa, and other sourcing regions


  • Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination



RequirementsRequirements & Qualifications
  • 1–5 years of experience in overseas recruitment / international staffing


  • Strong sourcing skills for blue-collar and white-collar positions


  • Knowledge of Gulf recruitment processes, visa documentation, and mobilization cycles


  • Excellent communication and coordination skills


  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple requirements simultaneously


  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and recruitment platforms


  • Experience working with bulk hiring, trade tests, and project-based recruitment is a strong advantage
