About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Team Lead to join our HR division in Dubai. You will oversee a team of recruiters focusing on non-technical recruitment, staffing and high-volume hiring. You will drive recruitment strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure KPIs are met while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to meet staffing targets
Design and implement recruitment strategies for volume hiring across multiple functions
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans
Track and report key recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements
Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding activities
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in non-technical recruitment, staffing, or volume hiring
Proven track record of meeting high-volume recruitment targets
Strong leadership skills with experience managing or coaching a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
Prior experience recruiting in the MENA region
Demonstrated success in employer branding or campus recruitment initiatives
Fluency in English and Arabic
